Founder of Norf Performance
I'm Nate Orf and since I was in a diaper I have loved the game of baseball. My baseball journey has led me all around the world getting to play everywhere from the small town fields I grew up on to my final games at Dodger Stadium. My time in and around the game has given me a unique lens with which I see performance. As a nondrafted player to reach the Major Leagues I had to develop anything and everything I could to get ahead of the next guy. Now I have been sharing everything I can with the players I work with because I believe everyone is capable of far more than they know and I know I can help you get closer to maximizing your potential. Just as I did.

This Package will include everything I have access to to help you become your best. This package includes In Person hitting, Peletero access, Mental game/breathwork content, weekly updates, and access to weekly calls.

Remote Hitting Consulting
This option is the full service consulting minus the in person hitting. Here you will still get everything you need to maximize your potential including Peletero access, weekly recaps and updates, mental game/breath work content, and a weekly phone call.
HITTERS HIT CONSULTING
One on one Hitting
Lets get in the cage and Crush! This package is all about weekly in person hitting. I offer a couple different options for in person hitting from one on one or small group. I have one month, three month, and six month options.
